How long will it take for a phone to ship?
How can I check the status of my order?
Customers can check the status of their order after it has been shipped. They are provided a waybill number which links to the courier site where they can look up their order. Prior to shipping they will need to contact their ACN Independent Business Owner. TELUS will communicate with customers through email reminding them of any follow up items that are needed, as well as the status of their order. Please check your email for any follow up emails before contacting ACN or TELUS.
How will I know that my ACN Wireless order was received and is being processed?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order receipt.
Do my shipping and billing addresses need to match?
No, this is not mandatory.
What if I am not home when my phone is delivered?
If you are unavailable at the initial delivery, a postcard stating that the courier will try again the next day between 8 am and 5 pm will be left at your premises. To prevent theft, a signature is required for every delivery. Please provide a shipping address where you are available between 8 am to 5 pm to receive the package. The courier will attempt to deliver the package three times.
If you are still unavailable you will receive another postcard stating that you may contact the courier to re-direct the delivery to another location (e.g. your work address), or pick up the package at their distribution centre. You have 10 days to collect your phone from the day you received the first postcard. If the package is not picked up within this time, it will be returned to TELUS Mobility.
