No, ACN Canada Wireless is an authorized dealer for TELUS Mobility, which allows us to resell their products and services. Through this program, ACN Independent Business Owners are a one-stop shop for all their customers' telecommunication needs.

What are the requirements for being a postpaid customer?
  • Passing the TELUS Mobility credit check for lines of service
  • Paying for the equipment purchased with a credit card
  • Maintaining the customer on the same service for a minimum of 180 days
  • Completing the activation through the ACN Wireless website
Will I receive an ACN Wireless bill?

No, you will receive a monthly bill from TELUS Mobility.

Could an existing TELUS customer add a new account with ACN Wireless?

Yes, additional subscribers can be added to an existing account as long as the existing subscriber account is still active. TELUS will contact any customers with existing accounts to confirm that they would like to add a subscriber to their existing account.
