Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and activated. You may contact ACN Canada Customer Care at 888-383-8226 to determine if you have been switched.
Is there a charge for switching to ACN?
No, there is never a charge for you to switch to ACN.
I have ACN Stand-Alone Long Distance service. Can I add ACN High Speed Internet service?
If you wish to add ACN High Speed Internet service, you need to first sign up for ACN Local service.
